Quest 1: Day 34/90

A quick day in review:

8:00am – Oatmeal, 1 scoop Whey protein, 12 oz water
8:30am – Apple
10:00am –
Homemade Protein Bar, 1 bottle of Propel

11:00am – 45 minutes Elliptical, leg workout

1:30pm – Turkey Meatloaf, 1 whole grain waffle (dry), 2 cups of baby spinach salad, tablespoon ff ranch dressing, 24 oz water
3:30pm – Apple, 1 bottle of Propel
7:30pm –
Turkey Meatloaf, 1 whole grain waffle (dry), 2 cups of baby spinach salad, tablespoon ff ranch dressing, 24 oz water
10:00pm – 12 oz water 1 scoop of whey protein.
