Quest 1: Day 35/90

Quick day in review:

8:00am – Oatmeal, 1 scoop of Whey protein, 12 oz water
10:30am – 45 minutes Elliptical
1:00pm – Pulled chicken Salad, 1/2 white potatoe, 1 tablespoon ff ranch, 12 oz water
4:30pm – Kellog’s brand protein bar, 1 bottle of Propel
7:00pm – Cranberry Chicken Salad (Bob Evans), 1 cup of black coffee, 18 oz water
10:30pm – 12 oz water, 1 scoop of Whey protein

Taking an off day tomorrow since I’m carrying the office by myself. Going to work out with Matt on Saturday.
