Quest 1: 36/90

Quick day in review:

8:00am – Oatmeal, 1 scoop of Whey protein, 12 oz water
9:30am – 1 apple
12:30pm – Pulled chicken Salad, 1/2 white potato, 1 tablespoon ff ranch, 12 oz water
4:30pm – Kellog’s brand protein bar, 1 bottle of Propel
7:00pm – 2 BBQ ribs, 4 oz of pulled pork, 1/2 white potato, 1 slice Texas Toast, 18 oz unsweetened tea
10:30pm –
4 oz of pulled chicken, 1/2 white potato, 12 oz water
