Quest 1: 37/90

Quick day in review:

8:15am – Oatmeal, 1 scoop of Whey protein, 12 oz water
9:30am – 1 apple

12:30am – Back/legs weights (worked out with trainer)
2:15pm – Pulled chicken Salad, 1/2 white potato, 1 tablespoon ff ranch, 12 oz water
5:30pm – 2 frozen fish fillets, 1/2 sweet potato, 1 cup steamed vegetables, 18 oz water
9:30pm –
1 frozen fish fillets, 1/2 sweet potato, 1 cup steamed vegetables, 1 cup decaf coffee (black)
11:30pm – 12 oz water, 1 scoop of Whey protein
