Quest 1: Day 39/90

Okie dokie, time for a new workout this week:

Interval cardio: 5 minutes warmup, and then: 2 minute “hold nothing back” sprint > 2 minute “catch your breath” brisk walk > rinse & repeat for 20 minutes. Result: exhausted!

Today I worked the Chest and Triceps:

Incline DB Press: 25 lbs/ 15 reps/ 3 sets
Flat DB Press: 25 lbs/ 15 reps / 3 sets
Flat DB Fly: 15 lbs / 10 reps / 4 sets
Rope Extension Pull Downs: 17.5 lbs / 10 reps / 4 sets
Single Arm Extension: 7.5 lbs / 15 reps / 4 sets

I tried doing Push Ups but arms were done!

8:00am – Oatmeal, scoop of Whey protein, 12 oz of water
8:30am – Orange
10:00am – Protein Bar (South Beach), 1 bottle of Propel
1:00pm – Spinach Salad with 1 tablespoon of fat free ranch, 1 chicken breast, 1/2 white potato, 24 oz of water
4:40pm – Protein Bar (South Beach), 1 bottle of Propel
7:30pm – Spinach Salad with 1 tablespoon of fat free ranch, 1 chicken breast, 1/2 white potato, 32 oz of water
11:00pm – 12 oz of water with 1 scoop of Whey protein
