Quest 1: Day 43/90

Quick day in review:

8:00am – Oatmeal, 1 scoop of Whey protein, 12 oz of water
10:15am – Zone meal bar, 1 bottle of propel
1:00pm – Workout with trainer:

10 minute warm up jog around neighborhood
Squats with 25lb BB while balancing on two Bosu balls:
(20 reps / 3 sets)
Straight-Leg Back Raises with two 25lb DB:
(10 reps / 3 sets)
Lunges holding two 25lb DB:
(20 reps / 3 sets)
Squat Jumps:
(10 reps / 3 sets)
Leg extensions:
(20 reps / 3 sets)
Calf raises:
(20 reps / 3 sets)

2:00pm – Pulled Chicken Salad, FF Ranch, 1/2 white potato, 24 oz of non sweet tea
5:30pm – Pulled Chicken Sandwich (2 tbsp BBQ sauce), 1/2 sweet potato, 18 oz of water
9:15pm – 6” Chicken breast Subway sandwich, loaded with veggies, 12 oz diet coke, 12 oz water
11:00pm – 2 celery sticks dressed with peanut butter, 12 oz water
