Quest 1: Day 48/90

Getting back on track – a straight forward day as follows:

8:00am – Oatmeal, 1 scoop Whey protein, 12 oz water
8:30am – Apple, 1 bottle of Propel
10:30am – Protein Meal Bar (Zone)
11:45am – Chuck Burger (wheat bun, no dressing), 1/2 cup of baked beans, 1/2 cup of coleslaw, 12 oz water (Thanks David for a great grilled lunch!)
2:30pm – Orange
4:00pm – Protein Meal Bar (Zone), 1 bottle of Propel
7:00pm – Workout: 30 Minutes Elliptical, Biceps/Back
8:00pm – Pulled Chicken Salad, 1/2 White potato, 24 oz unsweetened ice tea, 12 oz water
12:00am – 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 12 oz water with 1 scoop of Whey protein

Major calorie deficit today – a little too tight. I would love to be able to eat real meals instead of stupid protein bars, even if they were home made, but that’s all I have the ability to chow on discreetly at work – for now!
