Quest 1: Day 49/90

Head still draining, difficulty breathing, and the rain prevented any serious outdoor cardio, which was planned. Anyhow …

9:00am – Apple, 12 oz water, 1 scoop of Whey protein
10:30am – Workout with Matt, Abs and a few Back/Chest exercises I was having problems with keeping good form on
11:30am – 6” Subway chicken breast sub on wheat, veggies, 12 oz water, 1 cup of yogurt
2:00pm – 1 slice of turkey meatloaf, 12 oz water, 1 cup of L1H mash (brown rice, black beans, tuna, spinach)
5:00pm – Protein Bar (zone), 1 bottle of Propel
7:45pm – 8 oz Sirloin steak, 3/4 sweet potato (plain), 1 cup of coffee, 12 oz water, broccoli
11:00pm – 12 oz water, 1 scoop of Whey protein, 1 tbsp of cottage cheese
