Quest 1: Day 74/90

Hard day in the gym. I actually walked out and sat in my car for a minute when a voice (in my head) said, “You have more than that in you boy – get back in there.” I went back in and shredded my back some more. It’s not about physique or vanity: I just knew I had more to give of myself today.

8:00am – Oatmeal, 1 scoop of Whey protein, 12 oz water
8:30am – 1 Orange
10:15am – Zone Meal bar, 1 bottle of Propel
12:00pm – Back workout, 15 minutes of HIIT cardio
1:00pm – 2 ribs, 4 oz of chicken, 1/2 white potato, side salad with fat free ranch
4:00pm – Zone Meal bar, 1 bottle of Propel
7:00pm – 6” Chicken Breast sub on wheat with veggies, 12oz diet coke, 12 oz water
10:30pm – 1/2 apple with peanut butter

1:00am – 12 oz water, 1 scoop of Whey protein
