Quest 1: Day 76/90

Quick Day in Review:

8:00am – Oatmeal, 1 scoop of Whey Protein, 12 oz water
10:00am – Zone Bar, 1 bottle of Propel
12:00pm – Arms, 20 min HIIT Cardio
1:00pm – Pulled chicken, side salad, 1/2 white potato, 12 oz water, 12 oz non-sweet tea
2:30pm – Apple, 12 oz water
4:00pm – Zone Bar, 1 bottle of Propel
7:00pm – Pulled Chicken, side salad, 12 oz water, 12 oz diet coke
10:00pm – 12 oz water, 1 scoop of Whey Protein
