Frost Burn: Day 2/30

Had an okay day.  Got my workout done and rushed home to run Lost Vale with my static group.

Lost Vale didn’t happen, however.

When your main tank fails to show up and your replacement tank fails to read his quest journal to update the mandatory quest line then you’ve got yourself a big pile of wasted time and angry gamers.

Meal Plan:
Protein Bar, 12 oz Water
Apple, Protein Bar, 24 oz Water
Chicken Salad, Coffee, 1/2 Multi-grain Pancake
Chicken Salad, Coffee, 1/2 Multi-grain Pancake
Brown Rice, Black Beans, Tuna, 24 oz Diet Coke
Apple, 12 oz Water

Workout:
Arms, Shoulders, Back, 20 Minutes of High Intensity Interval Cardio
