Frost Burn: 10/30

Very straight forward day really.  I got talked into running Sigmar’s Crypts in WAR which put me in bed at around 1:30 am – much later than I prefer, but I still managed to squeak by with 7 hours of sleep by bumping up my alarm clock by an hour.

Day 10

Meal Plan:
Protein Bar, 12 oz Water
Apple, Protein Bar, 24 oz Water
Chicken Salad, Coffee, 1/2 Multi-grain Pancake
Chicken Salad, 12oz Water, 1/2 Multi-grain Pancake
Egg and Cheese Burrito, 2 Slices of Raisin Toast, Coffee, 12 oz V8
Apple, Protein Bar, 12 oz Water, 12 oz Diet Coke

Workout:
Back and Arms (Flexors), 12 Minute Mile (Light Jog)

Sleep:
7 hours
