Frost Burn: Day 28

Feeling good today overall.  My internet crapped out again last night during my static Lost Veil group.  Following a 45 minute panic and delay, I was able to get back online: but after a few knocks on the head from N’Kari, the middle wing boss, we called it.  Oh well, this week I got my Dark Promise Belt and Boots; can’t complain.

Day 28

Meal Plan:
Protein Bar, 12 oz Water
Salad, Brown Rice and Chicken, 12 oz Water
Brown Rice and Chicken, 12 oz Diet Coke
Apple, Protein Oatmeal, 12 oz Water, 12 oz Diet Coke

Workout:
Chest and Shoulders, 30 Minutes SSC (Steady State Cardio)

Sleep: 
7 hours
